Provides enterprise desktop, endpoint, mobile device, account, Microsoft 365, telecommunications, and collaboration-platform support. Monitors and resolves helpdesk incidents, documents resolutions, manages access controls, escalates technical and security issues, supports onboarding and office changes, and maintains knowledge resources. Partners with engineering and business teams, supports audit activities, travels to other sites when needed, and uses AI tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation.

Manage commercial opportunities for men’s models and fashion-focused digital talent. Build relationships with luxury brands, editors, casting directors, and digital partners; secure revenue-generating partnerships; support talent development and crossover opportunities; and collaborate with domestic and international IMG Models and WME Fashion teams to strengthen brand positioning and maximize revenue.

Provides administrative and operational support to a senior IMG Models leader, including call and email management, calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, portfolio and booking chart updates, industry research, and project tracking. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while working primarily from the Los Angeles office.
