Sell Waste Management services to industrial and hazardous waste customers within an assigned territory. Manage and grow existing accounts, identify new waste streams and customers, develop territory sales plans, coordinate with Technical Service Representatives, ensure regulatory compliance (RCRA, TSCA, CERCLA), meet revenue targets, and provide regular sales reporting and market feedback.

Sell Shred-it document destruction services within an assigned territory. Build and manage pipeline, cold-call and door-to-door prospect, set appointments, close sales, report activity, follow through to revenue, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager on targets and campaigns.

Participate in an up-to-18-month developmental program to learn all aspects of landfill operations: safety, environmental compliance, heavy equipment, personnel management, construction, leachate and gas management, finance, sales interactions, and community relations. Complete training curriculum, mentor programs, hands-on projects, and interim assignments to prepare for Operations Manager and District Manager roles.
