Own and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash architecture, including pricing engines, product catalogs, bundles, approvals, custom JavaScript, and enterprise Salesforce Flows. Diagnose production issues, optimize calculation performance, manage sandbox releases through Gearset Pipelines, and partner with Go-to-Market, Finance, and Product stakeholders. The role also mentors administrators, leads technical initiatives, and uses AI development tools to accelerate configuration, testing, and system improvements.

Develop and manage AI-powered GTM content infrastructure, including enterprise chatbot skills, prompt frameworks, agentic workflows, RAG-ready content taxonomies, and automated feedback loops. Partner cross-functionally to support sales enablement, product launches, onboarding, and campaigns. Measure adoption, deal impact, and time savings while maintaining content governance, accuracy, compliance, and alignment with sales cycles.

Leads the integration and operational alignment of Technical, Renewals, and Post-Sales teams. Establishes unified processes, governance, handoffs, reporting, and performance frameworks; drives automation, efficiency, resource allocation, and accountability across the customer lifecycle. Manages multiple teams and leaders, partners with GTM executives on strategic roadmaps and KPIs, and develops a collaborative, high-performing organizational culture.
