Provide high-volume borrower support by phone and other channels, assisting with lending applications, payments, refunds, and account questions. Own issues through resolution, document interactions, follow lending requirements, identify risks and recurring customer pain points, and collaborate cross-functionally on improvements. Use AI tools and customer support platforms to improve efficiency and outcomes while maintaining empathy, accuracy, privacy, and consumer trust. Weekend availability is required.

Manage corporate system access, conduct access audits, support helpdesk and hardware operations, monitor SOC 2 compliance, and collaborate with DevOps and Security Engineering. Improve IT technology usage through requirements gathering, procurement, vendor planning, rollout, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires expertise in identity management, Apple-focused MDM, endpoint security, IT service management, compliance frameworks, and helpdesk ticketing systems.

Performs treasury finance operations, including loan sales, data analysis, reconciliation, and financial controls. Automates recurring workflows using SQL, Python, Excel, and AI tools; maintains and modernizes data pipelines; investigates discrepancies; and communicates insights to technical and business stakeholders. Serves as a subject matter expert on loan data and finance processes while supporting fraud prevention and financial governance.
