Build and operate customer-facing machine learning systems for product matching, classification, and attribute extraction. Develop and evaluate classical ML, embedding, retrieval, and LLM solutions; deploy RAG and LLM features on AWS; manage experimentation, versioning, monitoring, retraining, and production quality. Establish evaluation frameworks, monitor drift, latency, output quality, and inference costs, and optimize models for high-volume workloads.

Own product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Build and manage Wiser’s product-led growth motion, including trials, onboarding, funnel metrics, experiments, and product-qualified leads. Partner with Sales, Product, and Demand Generation to improve conversion, adoption, campaigns, and roadmap insights. Support event and conference presence while serving as the voice of the customer.
