Manage and develop a regional team supporting flight operations, oversee vendor relationships and workforce management tools, approve finance/admin items, plan staffing capacity, create SOPs and training, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate cross-functional and public engagement for commercial drone operations.

Design, launch, and scale Wing's centralized corporate training function. Build strategy, select AI-driven learning tools, create adaptive learning pathways for safety, leadership, engineering, and compliance, deliver training, partner with cross-functional teams, and evolve the function from individual contributor work to a small team.

Coordinate and manage site permitting for Wing Nest launches: prepare and submit permit applications, liaise with municipalities/AHJs and vendors, ensure site-plan and zoning compliance, maintain permitting databases, track permit status, and travel (up to 75%) for in-person AHJ meetings.

Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics leadership to build and maintain complex financial models for COGS, BOM, CAPEX, and unit economics. Drive monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and efficiency initiatives across production and logistics. Translate technical roadmaps into board-ready financial narratives and champion AI and automation to modernize reporting.

Lead and scale the Business Operations function, translate corporate strategy into operational execution, own company-wide operating systems (OKRs, planning, reviews), remove execution risks, improve organizational efficiency, and establish project management and process rigor across Wing.

Lead and scale site permitting programs across multiple jurisdictions, shape regulatory strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, forecast and mitigate regulatory risks, optimize permitting processes, and travel up to 75% to secure permitting milestones that align with commercial objectives.

The Analytics Manager analyzes complex datasets, builds models, conducts scenario analyses, and provides strategic recommendations to guide decision-making for leadership.
