Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to maximize wine and spirits distribution in a designated territory. Build relationships with key decision makers, negotiate purchasing agreements, provide education and tastings, monitor sales growth, resolve billing and ordering issues, and meet sales goals while collaborating with District Manager and Sales Director.

Lead and oversee the accounts receivable team, manage collections and dispute resolution, analyze aging reports and AR processes, train and supervise staff, prepare reports and support budgeting, recommend process improvements, liaise with auditors and collection agencies, and communicate AR insights to leadership.

Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement to meet stock and service targets. Maintain planning inputs (lead times, service levels, targets), recommend reorder adjustments, and collaborate with Brand, Logistics, and Operations to align forecasts with brand strategy and ensure efficient inventory movement. Provide data support for brand strategy and complete special projects as assigned.
