Part-time Manager in Training supports the Store Manager to drive sales and KPIs, recruit and onboard staff, coach and develop a team up to 25 stylists, execute merchandising and daily store operations, maintain visual and policy standards, and perform physical store tasks with a flexible schedule.

Serve as an assistant store manager in training: coach staff on sales, meet personal and store sales goals, enforce loss prevention and company policies, delegate daily operations, assist with training/recruiting, maintain visual and housekeeping standards, and protect company assets.

Part-time Manager in Training supports the Store Manager to drive sales, control shrink/payroll, recruit and onboard staff, coach and develop a team, execute visual merchandising and daily operations, and complete training to advance into a keyed leadership role.
