Supervises and participates in daily corporate and warehouse help desk operations. Handles tickets, escalations, troubleshooting, hardware, accounts, access, telecom, mobile devices, networking, inventory, and user support. Assigns work, monitors service quality, coaches analysts, documents solutions, coordinates vendors, supports onboarding and technology projects, and escalates issues to infrastructure and other IT teams. The role is fully onsite and may require weekend, overnight, or after-hours support.

Directs enterprise HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, HRIS administration, leave accommodations, legal claims, and HR budgeting. Leads HR Generalists and advises field and corporate leadership across a multi-location organization. Oversees benefits and 401(k) programs, employment-law compliance, engagement initiatives, and process improvements while fostering company culture and supporting leadership development, retention, and employee relations.

Lead and manage photo and video productions from concept to completion, developing timelines, budgets, and logistics. Coordinate talent, vendors, and post-production while ensuring legal, safety, and brand consistency across campaigns.
