Create and maintain finite daily/weekly production schedules, balance capacity and materials, prevent shortages, optimize inventory and lead times, maintain ERP/MRP master data, report KPIs (OTIF, schedule attainment), support Lean/Kaizen, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ITAR in a high-mix aerospace manufacturing environment.

Create and maintain finite daily and weekly production schedules, manage material flow and WIP, perform capacity planning, collaborate with operations and procurement to avoid shortages, optimize inventory levels, maintain ERP/MRP master data, track KPIs (OTIF, Schedule Attainment, Inventory Turnover), support Lean/Kaizen improvements, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ITAR requirements.

Lead multi-shift aerospace and defense manufacturing operations ensuring AS9100D compliance. Manage production flow, quality (IPC/J-STD standards), KPIs, continuous improvement, safety, staffing, and customer/executive reporting to meet delivery and financial targets.
