Lead and mentor a manufacturing engineering team to design, optimize, and validate processes for connectors, cable assemblies, and electromechanical components. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, capacity and bottleneck analysis, equipment selection/validation, PFMEAs, control plans, NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals.

Serve as the hands-on manufacturing engineering lead translating designs into production-ready processes. Design tools/fixtures, create work instructions, run NPI, lead DFM and Lean/Kaizen improvements, support quality RCCA, validate process times, train production staff, and maintain ERP process documentation.

Hands-on production lead overseeing a team of assemblers to meet schedules and quality (AS9100). Assigns workflow, mentors and certifies staff, enforces ITAR and safety, liaises with Quality/Engineering/Materials, leads daily huddles, drives Lean improvements, and may perform complex NPI or critical assemblies.
