Design workflows, tools, fixtures, and work instructions; lead NPI, DFM reviews, Lean/Kaizen events, RCCA with Quality, validate labor standards, train production, and maintain ERP/CAD documentation to improve efficiency and quality in a high-mix/low-volume environment.

Optimize cable and wire-harness manufacturing processes through time-and-motion studies, value stream mapping, line balancing, and Lean initiatives. Lead and mentor a manufacturing engineering team to design, optimize, and validate processes for connectors, cable assemblies, and electromechanical components. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, capacity and bottleneck analysis, equipment selection/validation, PFMEAs, control plans, NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals.

Support pricing and quoting processes for custom engineered cables and assemblies. Analyze BOM costs, materials, labor, and overhead; build pricing inputs, generate pricing reports, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations. Participate in new product introductions and grow responsibility under Technical Manager mentorship.

Provide FP&A support to Engineering Cables division: develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts, prepare management reports, perform variance and commercial finance analysis, build quantitative models, monitor project performance, and drive process improvements using ERP/EPM tools and analytics to support strategic decisions.
