Lead and mentor a manufacturing engineering team to design, optimize, and validate processes for connectors, cable assemblies, and electromechanical components. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, capacity and bottleneck analysis, equipment selection/validation, PFMEAs, control plans, NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality, safety, delivery, and cost goals.

Serve as the hands-on manufacturing engineering lead translating designs into production-ready processes. Design tools/fixtures, create work instructions, run NPI, lead DFM and Lean/Kaizen improvements, support quality RCCA, validate process times, train production staff, and maintain ERP process documentation.

Hands-on production lead overseeing a team of assemblers to meet schedules and quality (AS9100). Assigns workflow, mentors and certifies staff, enforces ITAR and safety, liaises with Quality/Engineering/Materials, leads daily huddles, drives Lean improvements, and may perform complex NPI or critical assemblies.

Lead and execute multi-site continuous improvement strategy using Lean tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Standard Work) to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency. Manage CI project pipelines, coach teams, deliver training, deploy daily accountability, perform root-cause analysis, design factory layouts, create visual management and KPI dashboards, and quantify financial benefits.

Support pricing and quoting processes for custom engineered cables and assemblies. Analyze BOM costs, materials, labor, and overhead; build pricing inputs, generate pricing reports, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations. Participate in new product introductions and grow responsibility under Technical Manager mentorship.

Provide FP&A support to Engineering Cables division: develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts, prepare management reports, perform variance and commercial finance analysis, build quantitative models, monitor project performance, and drive process improvements using ERP/EPM tools and analytics to support strategic decisions.

Lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites, standardize processes and policies, ensure NIST 800-171/CMMC compliance, manage network, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity tools, mentor site IT Managers, oversee budgets, KPIs, projects, and vendor relationships to align IT with corporate objectives.

Lead and maintain the AS9100 QMS, manage RCCA and CAR systems, run internal and customer audits, lead MRB and AS9102 FAI processes, support continuous improvement and customer-facing quality functions.

Hands-on leader on the manufacturing floor guiding assemblers to meet production schedules and AS9100 quality standards. Responsible for daily workflow assignment, frontline technical troubleshooting, training and certification, enforcing safety/ITAR compliance, liaising with Quality/Engineering/Materials, running stand-ups, and driving Lean continuous improvement. May perform complex assemblies on NPI or critical jobs.

Support end-to-end order fulfillment: enter orders, coordinate subcontractors and inspections, prepare shipping and compliance documentation (SDR, certs, inspection reports), update customer portals, manage post-shipment invoicing, and liaise with operations, quality, and procurement to maintain on-time deliveries and regulatory compliance.

Support pricing and quoting under Technical Manager guidance. Analyze BOM costs (materials, labor, overhead), build cost roll-ups in ERP, generate pricing and margin reports, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations, and participate in new product introductions to support profitability and go-to-market planning.

Lead and deliver company-wide cost savings and strategic supply chain projects. Develop project plans, partner with Finance to validate savings, drive cross-functional execution, redesign processes for efficiency, and provide executive-level reporting on risks and financial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end new product development and commercialization projects, managing cross-functional teams, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication. Implement stage-gate processes, facilitate design reviews and tollgates, and ensure timely delivery of technical and business milestones.

Lead design and standardization of a unified, high-availability global network across 20 manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include enterprise switching, SD-WAN/MPLS routing, Palo Alto firewall strategy and Panorama management, IT/OT segmentation, storage networking (NetApp, Pure, Dell), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), NAC administration, compliance with NIST 800-171/CMMC, and off-hours maintenance to minimize disruption.
