Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by maintaining Salesforce data hygiene, building reports and dashboards, supporting forecasting and territory planning, improving processes, administering CRM workflows, performing data audits, and enabling cross-functional projects and CRM enhancements.

Deliver in-person and virtual Fundations and Just Words professional learning and classroom coaching for educators nationwide. Schedule and report assignments, support implementation fidelity, facilitate workshops and certifications, consult with teachers and administrators, represent Wilson at events, and support continuous improvement of coaching and presentation practices.

Manage a portfolio of K-12 customers as the primary post-sales contact to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Deliver high-touch onboarding, training, and enablement (virtual and in-person), analyze customer data, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, and represent the customer voice to improve products and outcomes.
