Manages full-cycle recruiting for research and development roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, client consultation, negotiation, and closing. Builds candidate networks through market research and passive sourcing, maintains client and candidate relationships, tracks recruiting metrics, manages pipeline activity, and achieves submit and hiring goals. Requires strong recruiting expertise, communication, prioritization, computer, applicant tracking system, and client relationship skills.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and present candidates; build talent pipelines and client relationships; meet submit and hire goals; maintain ATS and reporting; consult on selections and compensation.
