Manages end-to-end recruiting for client roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, feedback collection, negotiation, and closing. Builds candidate networks through market research and passive sourcing, advises hiring managers on selections and compensation, maintains client and candidate relationships, tracks recruiting pipelines and ATS data, and meets submission and hiring targets in a metrics-driven environment.

Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting for the company and international subsidiaries, ensuring GAAP compliance, managing treasury and cash forecasts, driving shared services and centralized treasury, coordinating audits and external providers, and supervising a global remote finance team while partnering cross-functionally to align financial strategy.
