Owns the end-to-end HR function for a distributed U.S. and New Zealand organization. Responsibilities include HR strategy, employee lifecycle processes, payroll oversight, HRIS selection and implementation, policies, internal controls, compliance, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding. The role partners closely with the CFO, executives, managers, Finance, external counsel, vendors, and New Zealand HR support to build a scalable HR operating model.

Supports R&D and Engineering operations through KPI reporting, data quality audits, process improvement, project coordination, and operational analytics. Identifies and implements practical AI and automation use cases, including AI agents and workflows, while improving reliability through testing, context management, human review, and governance. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency gains, document processes, support system integrations, and provide training and reporting to leadership.

Manage Customer Success operations, Salesforce and business-system administration, integrations, reporting, and process improvement. Support AI and automation use cases from discovery through deployment, monitoring, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Maintain data quality, privacy, security, and responsible-use controls while coordinating cross-functional projects and stakeholders. The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise, systems troubleshooting, analytics, and experience delivering practical AI or automation solutions in a technology-driven environment.
