Lead operational launches of new US markets (3–6 months per city). Recruit, onboard, and develop chauffeurs, establish launch processes to ensure a premium customer experience, and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and executives. Travel extensively and relocate between US cities for consecutive launches.
