Lead WEX’s global talent acquisition strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Manage and develop a 40+ person recruiting organization, oversee executive sourcing and talent pipelines, improve recruitment processes using analytics and technology, strengthen employer branding, and manage recruiting budgets, vendors, executive search partnerships, and university programs. Partner with senior executives and HR leaders to scale hiring across technology, commercial, and operational functions.

Manages a multi-state partner sales territory by building relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, referral partners, and employers. Generates RFPs, manages sales processes, conducts finalist presentations, delivers product demonstrations and training, closes sales, drives revenue, and achieves annual quotas. The role requires regular overnight travel, CRM usage, event and travel coordination, strong communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and customer service skills.

Supports Sales Directors by responding to proposals, drafting tailored cover letters, managing Salesforce tasks and client contacts, coordinating travel and events, answering inquiries, and assisting with presentations and product training. The role involves consultant and client interactions, opportunity management, research, customer service, and sales team support. Travel is required 5–7 times annually.
