Provide an elevated member experience through engagement, onboarding, events, building operations, safety/security incident response, and sales support to drive retention and community growth.

Serve as the on-site face of WeWork by managing the front desk, greeting members and guests, supporting events and member engagement, handling mail and keycard logistics, maintaining building operations, and promoting WeWork services while demonstrating strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills.
