Own the People partnership for the global GTM organization, advising Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leaders on organizational design, talent, compensation, performance, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. Lead HR cycles, manager enablement, performance-management redesign, change communication, and people analytics. Support sensitive employment matters across US states while partnering with global People, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations teams in a remote, high-growth SaaS environment.
