Prepares and reviews U.S. GAAP financial statements, supports monthly and year-end close, reconciliations, consolidations, disclosures, audits, and technical accounting research. Analyzes financial results and variances, evaluates accounting treatments, and improves reporting processes, internal controls, and efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools. The role also supports ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Supports dealership sales operations by responding to leads, managing CRM calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting customer re-engagement outreach, monitoring call quality, and collaborating with sales staff to increase appointment volume.

Prepares month-end journal entries and financial reports, maintains and reconciles general ledger and balance sheet accounts, supports annual audits, resolves discrepancies and compliance issues, and contributes to accounting system and procedure improvements. The role also supports junior staff and requires strong GAAP knowledge, financial analysis, communication, organization, and independent work skills.
