Provide electrical engineering expertise for site electrical infrastructure: own systems and processes, design, troubleshoot, install, commission, validate, and support controls/PLC and utility systems while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage regulatory compliance and product safety for compounds across Europe and Asia, including registrations, SDS/labeling, hazard classification, dangerous goods, regulatory monitoring, and cross‑functional guidance for product introductions.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
