Lead and manage hard disk drive failure analysis across multiple labs: prioritize FA activities, summarize findings, collaborate with SMEs (PCBA, firmware, reliability, analytics), produce customer-facing FA reports, improve FA procedures and tools, participate in issue-resolution meetings, and support development of FA test tools and visualizations.

Develop and integrate next-generation HDD and HAMR hardware and firmware. Lead and scale WD's global social media function: define strategy (LinkedIn, YouTube focus), manage a team, enforce brand voice, drive executive thought leadership, integrate with marketing/PR, own governance and editorial calendar, optimize via analytics and AI-powered content workflows, manage agencies and budgets, and support up to 30% travel for events.
