Partners with hardware, ASIC, systems, validation, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to resolve complex issues, manage risks, improve processes, and deliver reliable storage products.

Provides legal counsel to treasury, finance, and corporate functions on capital markets, debt and equity offerings, structured financing, securities filings, corporate governance, subsidiary management, and regulatory compliance. Advises on Sarbanes-Oxley, Nasdaq, SEC, insider trading, and disclosure requirements; supports board materials and entity restructuring; manages outside counsel globally; and develops practical, business-focused legal solutions.
