Prepare SEC periodic filings, financial statements, and disclosures; partner with Investor Relations for earnings materials; research and apply complex U.S. GAAP accounting standards; manage accounting for capital structure and stock-based awards; coordinate with auditors and stakeholders; lead assessments for impairment, leases, restructuring, and strategic investments.

Provide high-trust executive support to VP of Litigation and senior legal team: manage complex calendars, meetings, travel (visas/passports), correspondence, expense and purchase workflows, event planning, IT coordination, and confidential matters. Act as proxy for approvals, prepare briefing materials, and proactively anticipate priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Tax Analyst prepares and reviews income tax provisions, tax compliance, and GAAP disclosures and supports tax automation initiatives and examinations.

Provide electronics and firmware support across design, manufacturing, and customer teams for HDD products: debug hardware/firmware issues, collaborate with firmware and HW teams, develop manufacturing/customer failure-trend tools, and maintain system-level test/debug tools and processes.

Provide securities and corporate finance legal support to treasury and finance, including negotiating debt and equity financings, preparing and reviewing SEC and proxy filings, advising on corporate governance and compliance, managing subsidiary and entity restructurings, and overseeing outside counsel. Support Sarbanes-Oxley, Nasdaq and other public-company compliance and collaborate with tax, treasury, investor relations and finance teams.

Design, implement, validate, and maintain embedded firmware for enterprise storage products. Write and test C/C++ code, debug issues, triage host and performance problems, collaborate with firmware engineers, and independently deliver customer-shipping features after training.
