Manage lender finance portfolios by analyzing and underwriting large corporate loans and structured products, coordinating loan closings, monitoring credit risks, and presenting recommendations to senior management or loan committees. Responsibilities include evaluating investment performance, making buy/hold/sell recommendations, preparing portfolio scorecards, recommending collateral marks, ensuring loan processing complies with agreements and bank policies, and resolving portfolio issues.

Manage lender finance portfolios involving $25M+ corporate loans and structured products. Analyze and underwrite credit, assess investment performance, recommend buy/hold/sell decisions and collateral marks, monitor portfolio risks, prepare scorecards, present recommendations to senior management and loan committees, and coordinate loan closings and servicing in accordance with bank policies.

Analyze and maintain financial data for current and prospective borrowers, prepare credit studies and loan packages, perform sensitivity and collateral analysis, collaborate with bank teams on treasury and legal matters, monitor loan disbursements and third-party reporting, and produce credit department reports to inform lending decisions.
