Creates digital and print graphics, branding assets, social media content, advertisements, website visuals, and promotional materials. Edits and prepares images and print-ready files, maintains brand consistency, coordinates with marketing teams and vendors, manages multiple design projects, incorporates feedback, and ensures technical and visual quality. The role also involves researching design trends, organizing creative assets, and supporting campaigns and multimedia projects.

Provides administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, records maintenance, attendance and leave tracking, payroll and benefits support, compliance documentation, training coordination, employee communications, and offboarding. Maintains confidential records, responds to routine HR inquiries, schedules meetings and interviews, prepares documentation, and coordinates with payroll, IT, managers, and employees.

Provides clerical, organizational, and administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, recordkeeping, document preparation, data entry, front-desk assistance, office supply coordination, invoice processing, and meeting support. Maintains confidential records, communicates with internal and external contacts, supports onboarding and office operations, and helps improve administrative workflows. Requires strong organization, communication, computer, multitasking, and time-management skills.
