Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates. Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, coordinate interviews, extend offers, support onboarding, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and support employer branding.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Success team: manage onboarding, maintain CRM records, coordinate meetings, track requests and milestones, respond to routine customer inquiries, prepare reports, escalate complex issues, and help improve retention and satisfaction through proactive follow-up and documentation.

Provides administrative and operational support to HR: recruitment and onboarding assistance, employee records and HRIS updates, benefits and payroll support, scheduling and communications, maintaining confidential personnel files, and supporting HR projects and events.
