Acquire, deepen, and manage relationships with affluent customers by delivering multi-product banking, lending, and investment solutions. Own a book of business via proactive outreach and appointments, coordinate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners, ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, and support branch service and digital adoption.

Manages and grows a portfolio of small-business banking clients, owning relationships from onboarding through retention and expansion. Recommends business accounts, credit, treasury services, and digital banking solutions based on client needs. Prospects for new customers, builds referral networks, collaborates with relationship managers and lending officers, and ensures compliance with underwriting, risk, and regulatory requirements. Requires Loan Originator registration and ongoing financial responsibility and background screening.

Leads complex commercial banking relationships for mid-corporate auto clients, including floor plan, acquisition, and real estate financing. Advises clients, develops customized lending and treasury solutions, manages risk, coordinates with Investment Banking and internal product teams, and drives relationship planning, prospecting, and revenue growth. The role also provides strategic leadership, represents Wells Fargo externally, mentors colleagues, and maintains regulatory and compliance requirements.
