Manage Wellnests social media and email outreach, create graphics/copy/video in Canva, update WordPress website, support digital ad campaigns and analytics, assist events and public affairs outreach, and handle vendor orders and communications.

Provides intake screening, triage, referrals, and case management for severely emotionally disturbed children and their families. Acts as liaison with referral sources, schedules intakes, links clients to community resources, tracks referrals/utilization, participates in multidisciplinary case conferences, and conducts outreach to schools and community events.

Drive cost-saving initiatives and financial strategy by preparing financial models, monthly/quarterly reports, variance analyses and reimbursement requests; manage contract and grant budgets, reconciliations, month-end close, cash collections, and audit support; synthesize clinical, statistical, and billing data; prepare contract modifications, proposals, and ad hoc CFO analyses.

Senior philanthropy leader responsible for securing major gifts ($10,000 to seven figures) and corporate partnerships. Manages a portfolio of high-capacity donors, designs solicitation and stewardship plans, develops proposals, engages board and volunteers, supervises development staff, represents the organization at community and corporate events, and tracks pipeline and performance using CRM and prospect research tools to achieve annual fundraising goals.
