Manages cross-functional healthcare and organizational initiatives from chartering through implementation. Develops project plans, coordinates stakeholders, tracks milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and reports progress to project management and executive teams. Projects include community-based care launches, facilities, provider and payer readiness, clinical operations, quality initiatives, governance, and infrastructure. The role also facilitates meetings, maintains documentation, supports compliance, and standardizes project management practices.
