Lead R&D and new medical device product development from concept to commercialization. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and MDR. Oversee design control, verification and validation, regulatory submissions (e.g., 510(k)), product launch, and sustaining engineering. Deliver executive updates and coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Provides proactive executive, administrative, and operational support to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing calendars, inboxes, priorities, communications, follow-ups, documentation, SOPs, OKRs, research, and cross-functional coordination. The role identifies bottlenecks, improves processes, configures business tools, tracks commitments, and independently resolves operational issues in a remote, high-accountability environment.

Review and assess public sector, legal, and go-to-market documents, providing structured feedback focused on quality, accuracy, relevance, and adherence to guidelines. The role requires strong analytical, written communication, document review, and attention-to-detail skills. It is a fully remote independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and weekly payments, open to applicants in the United States, Europe, the UK, and Canada.
