The Senior Account Executive, Digital will lead digital advocacy campaigns, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality delivery across various digital channels.

Lead operational project management for 2-4 client accounts across creative and digital teams. Manage end-to-end timelines, budgets, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and process optimization. Build systems, SOPs, and workflows, enable teams with training, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

Lead development, execution, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across social, search, and programmatic channels. Build media plans, manage ad buys, implement tracking and pixels, analyze performance in Looker Studio (Supermetrics), troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate vendors, mentor junior staff, and support client-facing reporting and new business efforts.
