Build and execute territory strategy, generate pipeline with commercial real estate stakeholders, deliver demos and proposals, manage CRM pipeline and forecasts, coordinate with engineering/project teams for deployments, and support post-sale handoffs. Role requires significant travel (50%) within the territory.
