Manage WEBTOON’s content programming lifecycle, including promotional copywriting, scheduling, deployment, email campaigns, brand safety, quality assurance, documentation, platform health monitoring, and performance analysis. The role combines editorial creativity, operational coordination, troubleshooting, and data-driven content optimization while supporting department scaling and maintaining platform quality.

Manage a portfolio of WEBTOON creators throughout their lifecycle, building relationships and addressing needs. Own creator-facing operational processes, maintain records and workflows, analyze performance and retention metrics, and recommend improvements. Coordinate communications, programs, and cross-functional initiatives with internal teams. Use AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, reporting, research, and creator management while supporting a scalable creator experience.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes; analyze monthly P&L results; establish accounting policies; address accounting issues; support external audits; improve closing processes and systems using AI; and collaborate with finance teams across Korea, Japan, and Canada. The role requires extensive US GAAP or IFRS experience, public-company audit support, strong communication, professional ethics, and fluency in Korean and English.
