Manage client orders from pre-order through delivery, coordinating with showroom sales teams, internal departments, and external clients. Responsibilities include order entry, quotes, sample requests, payment processing, shipment and inventory coordination, reporting, refunds, and resolving client issues. The role delivers a luxury, customer-focused experience in a fast-paced showroom while supporting sales and operational activities.

Sell Waterworks luxury bath and kitchen products in-showroom and through outside marketing. Build and manage client relationships, pursue new business, meet sales and marketing goals, manage projects from specification to order, use CRM for pipeline updates, and represent the brand at events and presentations to drive revenue and market share.
