Perform laboratory experiments using HPLC, LC, and light scattering systems; analyze and document data; prepare test reports; troubleshoot issues; support prototype integration; maintain equipment and records; and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and applications teams.

Leads presales development and sales of Waters Connect software and mass spectrometry solutions across the US and Canada. Demonstrates biopharma workflows, collaborates with account managers and product teams, gathers customer feedback, supports product testing, and provides limited post-sales troubleshooting and training. Maintains forecasts, CRM records, market knowledge, and business plans while frequently visiting customers and building technical credibility in analytical technologies.

Leads Waters Corporation’s global, risk-based Internal Audit program, including audit strategy, risk assessments, audit planning, operational and financial engagements, SOX compliance, quality assurance, and Enterprise Risk Management. Oversees co-sourced providers, advises senior leaders, supports Audit and Finance Committee reporting, and drives modernization of Internal Audit practices in alignment with global standards.

Leads global growth marketing strategy for Waters Advanced Diagnostics, including brand positioning, portfolio marketing, disease-state leadership, events, digital demand generation, eCommerce, and brand integration. Partners with commercial and business leaders to drive revenue through measurable campaigns, analytics, and customer engagement. Builds a matrixed global marketing organization, oversees marketing technology and multimillion-dollar budgets, and develops capabilities across digital, content, creative, and brand execution.

Designs and governs cloud architectures for a global software platform supporting scientific laboratory applications. Responsibilities include AWS architecture, security, DevSecOps, Terraform infrastructure as code, regulatory compliance, testing strategy, technical proofs of concept, stakeholder communication, engineering guidance, and mentoring. Requires strong C#/.NET Core and web development experience, AWS certification, architecture-framework knowledge, and familiarity with databases, application servers, and LC/LCMS systems.
