The Neuroimaging Engineer will analyze MRI data, develop software for algorithms, and assist in managing neuroimaging databases and quality assurance.

Answer patient billing inquiries, obtain insurance/referral information, counsel on financial assistance, schedule and register neurology patients by phone/email, coordinate with clinicians, send reminders, process referrals, and perform basic account maintenance.

Maintain and optimize physician, provider, patient, and staff electronic scheduling systems for an ophthalmology department. Create and update schedules, generate reports and master schedules, coordinate with clinical and billing supervisors (IDX dictionaries), troubleshoot system issues, install upgrades, train users, perform audits, and may supervise staff.
