As an Analyst in the Deals Office, you'll analyze financial datasets, create reports and dashboards, and leverage AI tools for insights.

Lead visual and art direction for artist merchandise and campaigns, developing concepts from moodboards to production-ready assets. Collaborate with artists, managers, in-house and freelance designers, retail sales, and production to ensure on-brand, commercially viable merch collections. Oversee visual quality, trend forecasting, and presentations for global retail partners.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary data analytics and automation team to deliver governed data products, workflow automation, AI-enabled tooling, and self-service analytics. Define roadmap, drive platform modernization (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster), ensure standards and governance, manage cross-functional delivery, mentor staff, and communicate measurable business impact to senior leadership while reducing manual work and improving decision-making.
