Manage design development, construction documents, specifications, and quality control for projects. Oversee drawing production, coordinate consultants and trade coordination, perform code research, lead construction administration and site visits, resolve clashes, review RFIs/submittals, and represent the firm at jurisdictional reviews.

Support the Knowledge Manager to create and maintain learning content and logistics: edit training videos, manage the LMS and onboarding materials, schedule and promote programs, collect feedback and training data, and provide administrative support for companywide learning initiatives.

Lead firmwide public relations and communications strategy, media relations, crisis communications, executive counsel, and team leadership. Develop integrated PR plans, oversee external channels (media, social, paid), manage agencies and budgets, set brand governance, measure KPIs, and contribute hands-on to storytelling, thought leadership, and visibility initiatives.

Manage day-to-day U.S. multi-state payroll processing and records, audit timesheets and transactions, ensure tax compliance, prepare payroll/headcount reports, support payroll projects and 401(k) audit, and collaborate with HR and accounting to resolve payroll issues.

Lead delivery of contract drawings through all phases, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, manage schedules and clash resolution, perform code analysis and construction administration, represent the firm at jurisdictional reviews, and mentor project teams to ensure technical quality and coordinated contract documents.
