Leads creative and brand strategy across Walmart private brands and enterprise initiatives. Defines strategic approaches for complex challenges, advises senior stakeholders, aligns cross-functional teams, guides campaigns and customer experiences, and develops strategists. The role requires broad expertise in brand positioning, architecture, customer experience, communications, research, cultural trends, and campaign performance.

Develop brand strategies for Walmart Private Brands across fashion, home, toys, and packaged goods. Conduct consumer, category, cultural, and competitive research; create positioning frameworks, messaging hierarchies, audience definitions, and creative territories; collaborate with Creative and Consumer Insights teams; and present strategic recommendations to influence stakeholders and drive brand growth.

Manages and grows emerging advertiser accounts within Walmart Connect, driving advertising revenue, retention, and measurable outcomes. Develops full-funnel retail media strategies, translates client objectives into campaign plans, provides performance recommendations, and serves as the primary client contact. Collaborates cross-functionally to optimize campaigns, remove execution barriers, manage forecasting and pipeline activity, attain quotas, and scale effective practices.
