Supports seniors housing investment sales transactions from initial engagement through closing. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, managing deadlines and documentation, preparing agreements and NDAs, maintaining Salesforce, creating institutional-quality marketing materials, coordinating buyer communications, and managing calendars, travel, and expenses. The role requires advanced Adobe InDesign and Illustrator skills, strong organization, proofreading, communication, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.

Support design, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of FileMaker and connected business applications. Gather and document business and functional requirements, assist with integrations (Azure SQL, iManage, APIs), testing, release validation, troubleshooting, and create process and user documentation. Collaborate with Product, Design, engineering, and stakeholders to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and support modernization efforts.

Leads the discovery, prototyping, development, and production deployment of AI-powered workflow products. Partners with business, engineering, security, legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, measure business outcomes, and establish governance documentation. Requires hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, agentic workflows, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG, plus regular travel to company offices and field locations.
