Responsibilities include onboarding, compliance and continuing education, training needs analysis, curriculum and job-aid development, training records, audits, quality improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and alignment with CalAIM and Medi-Cal requirements. The role also monitors policy changes and supports cross-functional training projects.

Lead health plan partnerships across California, owning client success, retention, renewals, revenue growth, and strategic expansion of CalAIM programs. Manage executive relationships, contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, quality outcomes, and account planning. Coordinate clinical, data, finance, legal, and operational teams to resolve eligibility, claims, authorization, and service issues. Deliver business reviews, dashboards, regulatory guidance, and escalation management while ensuring compliance with Medi-Cal, DHCS, HIPAA, and contractual requirements.
