The role manages significant account portfolios or new business opportunities and requires up to 25% travel.

Leads financial accounting, reporting, analysis, controls, audits, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives for assigned business entities. Oversees financial statement preparation, general ledger accuracy, accounting policy implementation, risk monitoring, and relationships with auditors and regulators. Manages accounting personnel, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, workload allocation, staffing, and departmental budgeting. Requires extensive GAAP and NAIC Model Audit Rule knowledge, management experience, analytical ability, and senior stakeholder influence.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps, architecture, infrastructure, application systems, and transformation initiatives. Directs strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder relationships, innovation, and cross-functional technology execution. Manages technology teams, including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, training, staffing, and compensation recommendations. Preferred expertise includes Salesforce platform strategy and governance, MuleSoft integrations, DevOps, enterprise AI, Data Cloud, security, compliance, and regulated healthcare environments.
