Lead business development and growth for Voya's multiple employer/pooled plan recordkeeping solutions. Serve as subject-matter expert, educate and support sales teams and intermediaries, identify prospects, present proposals, attend finalist meetings and industry conferences, influence product strategy, support implementations and onboarding, and develop marketing/collateral to expand pooled-plan adoption.

The Regional Sales Consultant drives territory growth by building relationships with advisors, executing marketing campaigns, and managing sales metrics, including making calls and qualifying opportunities.

Manages and grows national employee benefits accounts through proactive client service, consultative strategy, renewals, enrollment and marketing initiatives. Leads client and broker meetings, finalist presentations, claims trend discussions, and service model development. Identifies expansion opportunities, mentors colleagues, coordinates internal teams, and delivers strategies supporting profitability, retention, and organizational goals. Extensive travel is required.
