Mentor teams, implement quality controls, and champion Lean/Six Sigma to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality while improving throughput and customer satisfaction.

The CNC Programmer will design NC programs for advanced aerospace components, lead manufacturing plans, use CAD software, and optimize machining processes. Key responsibilities include mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

The Senior Accountant will reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, manage fixed assets, support month-end closings, and improve cost tracking processes.
