Senior in-house energy attorney responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial, partnership, and energy storage agreements, including BESS contracts, PPAs, tolling, interconnection, and equipment supply agreements. Advises sales, partnership, finance, engineering, and regulatory teams on energy-market transactions, compliance, risk, and commercial structures. Develops legal processes, templates, playbooks, and operational guidance while mentoring junior attorneys and supporting energy storage transactions across U.S. ISO/RTO markets.
