Promotes hospice services to physicians, healthcare leaders, and referral partners across a local territory. Builds long-term business relationships, educates referral sources about hospice eligibility and Medicare benefits, conducts sales calls, achieves territory goals, and collaborates with clinical teams to support appropriate patient care.

Answers and routes incoming calls, takes messages, provides organizational information, welcomes and announces visitors, monitors visitor access, issues passes, and performs clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Leads and develops a healthcare sales team by coaching representatives, setting performance expectations, executing territory and account strategies, driving market growth, and building relationships with hospitals, physicians, post-acute providers, and assisted living communities. Collaborates with marketing, clinical, compliance, and medical teams, analyzes business opportunities, presents performance strategies to senior management, recruits talent, and manages team development and accountability.
