Manage and supervise a small electrical engineering team to design low-power, compact data-acquisition and embedded recording hardware. Plan and run product development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams for DFM/DFT, maintain NPI and release documentation, review designs through production handoff, and support ECO processes.
