Manage onboarding implementations for small and mid-market health plan groups as the primary operational contact. Maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage eligibility validation and client configuration, identify and escalate risks, build customer relationships, and improve implementation processes to drive on-time, high-satisfaction launches.

Lead back-end revenue cycle operations including monitoring ANSI X12 277CA acknowledgments, AR aging and follow-up in Athena Health, denial management and appeals, payer-specific collections, and coordination with Finance for reconciliations in Zuora/NetSuite. Build and develop a denial management and collections team, implement payer-specific workflows and SLAs, analyze denial trends to drive upstream prevention, and meet aggressive KPIs for AR reduction, denial overturns, DSO, and cash collection rates.

Manage and evolve the Commercial Salesforce instance: configure Flows, validation rules, objects, and integrations (HubSpot, SalesLoft, LeanData, Slack); ensure data integrity and reporting; partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to streamline GTM processes; provide user support, training, documentation, and drive a roadmap for scalable system solutions.
