Lead Viral Nation's performance marketing strategy and growth efforts across paid social, paid search, and programmatic. Own partner relationships, represent the agency externally, drive new business pitches, embed performance into integrated plans, and advise on measurement, platform alphas/betas, and practice-level growth investments.

Support day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop programs: manage creator communications and communities, assist creator recruitment and onboarding, handle contracts and sample/product fulfillment, maintain campaign trackers and reports, escalate issues, and identify process improvements to ensure smooth program operations across multiple brands.

Lead BI reporting and advanced analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and ROI. Build dashboards, manage multi-source data, ensure data governance, provide actionable insights, mentor juniors, and partner with cross-functional teams to guide strategy.
