Manage relationships with school districts and transportation partners, analyze transit performance data, improve service quality, lead contract renewals and expansions, coordinate service launches, and advocate for partner needs internally. The role includes presentations to varied stakeholders, playbook development, revenue growth, and approximately 50% travel.

Lead daily onsite operations for autonomous and wheelchair-accessible vehicle fleets. Ensure safe, reliable, compliant service; resolve real-time fleet and rider-accessibility issues; analyze ridership and utilization data; coordinate with local partners, drivers, operators, and internal teams; improve WAV rider experiences; and travel monthly to support driver onboarding, safety training, and operational relationships across U.S. markets.

Manage daily on-site operations for an intermodal transit service, including dispatch, scheduling, driver and dispatcher support, compliance, KPI reporting, process improvement, partner relationships, and team leadership. The role requires developing operational solutions in a fast-paced environment while improving efficiency, resource allocation, customer satisfaction, and driver engagement.
