Greet and assist patients and visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and demographics, collect payments, maintain records and supplies, support patient registration and communication, and follow office policies to ensure efficient front-desk operations in a medical office.

Provide peer-based case management for patients with incarceration history: coordinate discharge, referrals, and follow-up; document in EHR; assist with appointments, transportation vouchers, immunizations, billing support, education, translation, and front-office/clerical duties while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Coordinate and implement CPSP services including prenatal, trimester, postpartum assessments, nutrition, health education, referrals, documentation, eligibility determination, program reporting, liaison with LA County Public Health, CQI participation, and follow-up for patients and linked services.
