Support day-to-day community engagement for Levoit and Cosori across social platforms: monitor and respond to conversations, surface insights, identify UGC/influencers, escalate product or reputation issues, and assist with community activations and small-scale tests to inform content and strategy.

Develop and execute community strategy for Levoit and Cosori across Reddit and social platforms. Build scalable UGC, advocacy, and ambassador programs; own Reddit presence; translate community insights into product and content initiatives; define KPIs and reporting; collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Brand, Content, Product, and Customer Support to drive engagement and advocacy.

Lead Americas DTC growth by owning lifecycle programs, P&L performance, campaign execution, cross-functional coordination, platform activation (CRM/CDP), cohort analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to drive retention and revenue.
